Leonard Pollard (he/him) is the founder and owner of Cyber-Pollard. With his unique combination of cross-specialty expertise in the fields of law and technology, Leonard is the ultimate guide for modern law firms navigating the complex and ever-evolving landscape of ethical obligations related to their use of technology. 

Leonard earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School in 2022. During that time, he served as a fellow for The Byron R. White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law. He also worked as a student attorney in the CU Law Criminal Immigration Clinic, interned with the Colorado Name Change Project, and worked for the Denver District Court and the Denver Probate Court. Additionally, Leonard served as the president of the American Constitution Society and the vice-president of OUTlaw. 

Prior to his legal career, Leonard received his undergraduate degree in Emergent Digital Practices from the University of Denver in 2017 and spent several years working in information technology. 

In his spare time, Leonard enjoys painting, embroidery, and woodworking.

Jordan (he/him) received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University and became the first out transgender student to earn a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School. Prior to joining the American Constitution Society as an Associate Director, he was an associate attorney specializing in family law, estate planning, and civil litigation. Before his legal career, he served in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Fuel Systems Journeyman.

Jordan was the first out transgender president to lead the Colorado LGBT Bar Association in 2022, and he currently remains on the board as the Immediate Past President. He is the former Executive Director and Board Chair of the Colorado Name Change Project, where he worked to provide direct legal and financial resources to Transgender and Nonbinary Coloradans. In 2021, the National LGBT Bar Association named him as one of the "40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40". In 2022, he received the Stonewall Award from the American Bar Association for his work advancing LGBTQ+ individuals and causes in the legal profession.

Jordan is based in Denver, CO where he enjoys fly fishing, off-roading, and spending time with his two dogs, Hamilton and Huxley.
